* Official Rules and Eligibility Restrictions

OneBigPlanet's (OBP) New Consumer Portal Promotional Contest (herein, "the Contest") is open to eligible and registered contest entrants, who must be individual registered users and consumers, 21 years of age or older only (as of 20 January 2008). OBP employees, loyalty consultants, partners, or respective merchants are not eligible to participate. All respective national or federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase is necessary. Registrants can only win ONE prize, during the duration of the New Consumer Portal Promotion Contest. Registrants who have already won a prize are NOT eligible to register again during this Contest. During each drawing of the Contest, one registered participant will be chosen at random and will be contacted by email to receive one of the following items: one of five iPod Nanos; one (1) roundtrip cruise for two; or one (1) of 50 Restaurant.com Gift Certificates, no later than 30 April 2008. Prizes are non-transferable, can not be substituted, combined with any other offer, or redeemed for cash.

Contest participants, by entering this Contest: release OBP and its respective parents, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the receipt or use of any of the prizes; acknowledge, attest and affirm that they are eligible to receive said respective prizes in their respective jurisdiction and bear all responsibility and liability in the event that said contest participants are, in fact, ineligible to participate in this Contest; and agree to be bound by these 2008 Contest Official Rules and Eligibility Restrictions. OBP makes no warranty, guarantee or representation, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, merchantability, of any of the prizes.

OBP reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement. All decisions made by OneBigPlanet with regard to the awarding of any prize, the selection of prize winners and the interpretation of these rules are final. Each participant, by virtue of entering or participating in the contest, agrees to accept the decision of OBP as final. OBP, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the OBP and/or OBP’s New Consumer Portal website or who is otherwise in violation of these eligibility restrictions.

ATTENTION ALL PROSPECTIVE WINNING REGISTRANTS:
Upon being notified of winning one of the aforementioned prizes, all winning registrants hereby agree to permit OBP to publish his or her name, as well as permit OBP to publish a picture of the respective winning registrant.

Upon notification by OBP, you, the winning registrant, shall upload your photo to our server in electronic format via our website. All images uploaded must adhere to the following restrictions:

• Entries must be scanned or in digital format and sent in JPG or PNG format only.
• Entries must be at least 640x480 in size.
• Entries must be 10MB or under in file size.
• Entries must be unique, and not uploaded by anyone else, or uploaded multiple times.
• Entries must be clear and sharp, and not fuzzy or blurred.
• Entries must not have been digitally altered in any way other than cropping (resizing).

You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of the photograph entered. Only one image per contestant will be considered.

By uploading your photograph to OBP, you agree to allow OneBigPlanet the ability to use your photograph in any of its online platforms, printed or digital publications or media files. You will not be compensated for the use of your photograph.

OBP reserves the right to change the contest rules without prior notification.
